Otherwise, register in person or by mail.
Registration by mail/in person closes by two weeks before Election Day.
Closed Primaries, mostly. Party members must vote in the primary of the party with which they are affiliated with, but non-affiliated voters can change their registration on Election Day to vote in a primary.

Early - Residents can vote at their county clerk’s office September 27-November 5, 2018
By Mail – Voting October 7 – November 6, 2018.
Absentee Application can be requested from county clerk within 40 days of the election and ballot must be submitted by 7:00pm on election day.
