U.S Territories do not have voting representation in Congress and can not vote for President of the United States. Territories do hold elections.

Puerto Rico

In Puerto Rico, elections are overseen by the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, Puerto Rico Elections Office.

U.S. Virgin Islands

In the U.S. Virgin Islands, elections are overseen by the Election System of the Virgin Islands

Guam

In Guam, elections are overseen by the Guam Election Commission

Northern Mariana Islands

In the Northern Mariana Islands, elections are overseen by the Commonwealth Election Commission
