In New Hampshire elections are overseen by the New Hampshire Election Division.

REGISTERING TO VOTE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE:
Same Day Registration is available with ID and proof of address.
Last day to register is the day of your local Supervisors of the Checklist meeting, which will be between 6-13 days prior to the election.
Semi-Closed Primaries, meaning voters registered with a party must vote with that party. Nonaffiliated voter can request any ballot.
WAYS TO VOTE:
In Person on Election Day
Absentee By Mail or In Person (Application can be completed by mail or in-person. Ballots must be received by 5:00pm on Election Day.)
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:
ID is required to vote, but voters can complete an affidavit in lieu of presenting ID.
Acceptable forms of ID include: Driver's license from any state or federal government, non-driver’s ID card issued by any state, US armed services ID or passcard, US passport or passcard, student ID issued by listed institutions in NH (postsecondary schools; requires date of issuance), any other photo ID considered legitimate. IDs must be valid unless voter is 65 or older.
Any voter who does not present an approved photo ID, or have their identity verified by an election official, will be permitted to vote after executing a challenged voter affidavit.
